Qualcomm Snapdragon Summit 2025

On-Device AI Proof at Scale

How do you make people believe on-device AI is real?

You let them experience it—live, under real constraints, with no safety net.

Snapdragon Summit 2025 was Qualcomm’s biggest AI moment yet. Left Field Labs built on a year of experiences making edge-AI believable across global stages—from SXSW to Computex in Taipei—by running the Summit itself on Snapdragon tech. From a live, agent-ran birthday celebration during the keynote to hands-on demos solving everyday challenges, audiences could see, use, and feel on-device AI working across phone, PC, and XR.

Running a live keynote on agents, on Snapdragon tech

Mid-keynote, Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon challenged two on-device AI agents to plan and deliver a 10-year anniversary celebration. We engineered and trained the agents to run locally on Snapdragon, with Pulse handling logistics and Vela generating real-time creative and stage visuals across phone and PC.

Minutes later, the celebration unfolded with live graphics, honored guests, and personalized cupcakes—interactive proof these were production-grade agents performing under pressure.

Everyday edge-AI you could actually use

The four hands-on demos showed how on-device AI can remove everyday friction in real life.

Proof over theater

Every detail was engineered for credibility and transparency. Snapdragon-powered devices handled intake, reasoning, synthesis, and delivery. Systems were intentionally transparent and ran on a single Snapdragon stack across mobile, XR, and PC, earning trust by behaving predictably under real conditions.
